PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drugs for diabetes which have blood glycoalbumin-production inhibitory effect in diabetes and cause no excessive descent of blood glucose level.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a drug for diabetes containing extract of Connaraceae, Connarus, Connarus ruber, and inhibiting the final binding substance production of blood protein and blood glucose.EFFECT: The effectiveness as a drug for diabetes has been confirmed due to a significant descend of glycoalbumin value that becomes one indicator in the treatment of diabetes, additionally a blood glucose level itself is not affected by descent action, and the effectiveness in the prevention of hypoglycemic conditions which become a large problem in combination with other drugs in the treatment of diabetes or diabetes associated diseases can be also expected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】糖尿病における血中グリコアルブミンの産生抑制効果を有し、かつ血糖値の過度な下降を招かない、糖尿病用薬剤の提供。【解決手段】マメモドキ科コンナルス属コンナルスルベの抽出物を含有する、血中タンパク質と血糖との最終結合物質産生を抑制する、糖尿病用薬剤。【効果】糖尿病治療で一つの指標となるグリコアルブミン値を有意に低下させていることから糖尿病治療薬として有効であることが確認できた上、さらに、血糖値自体には降下作用がなく、糖尿病または糖尿病関連疾病の治療において、他の薬剤との飲み合わせの際に大きな問題となる低血糖状態を防ぐ効果も期待できる。【選択図】図1
