PURPOSE: A bionic electrode is provided to prevent the contamination and function deterioration of an electrode by using a parlyene coating layer on conductive materials. CONSTITUTION: A parlyene coating layer(20) is formed on conductive materials with the thickness of 1 to 100 nm. Conductive materials(10) are selected among gold, silver, and platinum. A bionic electrode measures ECG(Electrocardiogram), EMG(Electromyogram) or EEG(Electroencephalogram).본 발명은 생체용 전극에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 도전성 재질로 된 생체용 전극에 있어서, 상기 생체용 전극은 도전성 재질상에 두께 1 내지 100 nm 범위로 파릴렌 코팅층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한 생체용 전극에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 생체용 전극은 전극 자체의 기능을 저하시키지 않으면서도 오염을 방지하고 비교적 용이하게 재생을 하여 고가의 전극을 재사용할 수 있다.
