PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical manipulator that can exhibit high sliding performance.SOLUTION: A medical manipulator comprises: a hollow shaft 2 a wire member 3 that is inserted into the shaft a driving mechanism part 4 that is provided on the side of one end of the shaft and drives the wire member to move forward and backward in an axial direction and a tip operating part 5 that is provided on the side of another end of the shaft and is operated by the forward/backward driving of the wire member.
