A process of purifying a protein of interest from a mixture of heterogeneous tissue culture fluid, comprising: (a) producing by a continuous perfusion fermentation process a mixture of heterogeneous tissue culture fluid containing a protein of interest； (b) transferring the tissue culture fluid mixture to a continuous particulate removal process integrated with the continuous perfusion fermentation process； (c) removing particulate contaminants from the tissue culture fluid in the continuous particulate removal process to produce a clarified tissue culture fluid containing the protein of interest； (d) transferring the clarified tissue culture fluid to a continuous purification process integrated with the continuous particle removal process, in which the continuous purification process is ultrafiltration and the clarified tissue culture fluid is filtered at a rate specific flow that produces a wall concentration less than 20% higher than a retentate concentration； and (e) purifying the protein of interest from the clarified tissue culture fluid in the continuous purification process； wherein the specific flow rate of the mixture through the continuous perfusion fermentation process, the continuous particle removal process, and the continuous purification process is kept substantially constant.Un proceso de purificación de una proteína de interés a partir de una mezcla de fluido de cultivo de tejido heterogénea, que comprende: (a) producir por un proceso de fermentación por perfusión continua una mezcla de fluido de cultivo de tejido heterogénea que contiene una proteína de interés； (b) transferir la mezcla de fluido de cultivo de tejido a un proceso de eliminación de partículas continuo integrado con el proceso de fermentación por perfusión continua； (c) eliminar contaminantes en partículas del fluido de cultivo de tejido en el proceso de eliminación de partículas continuo para producir un fluido de cultivo de tejido clarificado que contiene la proteína de interés； (
