PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the back and forth vibration while maintaining the vibration suppression effect of the right and left direction and the vertical direction of a working machine with a power.SOLUTION: A holder body 102 of a pipe holder 100 includes a forward projection 110 and a rear end projection 112, and a rubber vibration isolator 104 is fixed between them. The forward projection 110 and the rear end projection 112 are connected by a ridge 114 expanding the longitudinal direction, the two or more ridges 114 are formed in the circumferential direction, and two or more concaves 116 are formed to the peripheral surface of the holder body 102 by the ridges 114, the forward projection 110, and the rear end projection 112.
