An apparatus for detecting gamma rays is disclosed. The apparatus for detecting gamma rays measures the distribution of the gamma rays generated by a nuclear reaction between particle beam and a therapeutic target, and comprises: a first multi-slit focusing unit having a plurality of first slit holes with opened front and rear portions, a first partition wall being positioned therebetween a second multi-slit focusing unit positioned at an upper portion of the first multi-slit focusing unit and having a plurality of second slit holes with opened front and rear portions, a second partition wall being positioned therebetween a first flash detection unit for detecting the gamma rays which passed through the first slit holes and a second flash detection unit for detecting the gamma rays which passed through the second slit holes, wherein the first slit holes and the second slit holes may be arranged to be crossed to each other.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017감마선 검출 장치가 개시된다. 감마선 검출 장치는 입자 빔과 치료 타겟과의 핵반응으로 발생하는 감마선의 분포를 측정하며, 전후방이 개방된 제1슬릿 홀들이 제1격벽을 사이에 두고 복수 개 형성된 제1다중슬릿집속부 상기 제1다중슬릿집속부의 상부에 위치하며, 전후방이 개방된 제2슬릿 홀들이 제2격벽을 사이에 두고 복수 개 형성된 제2다중슬릿집속부 상기 제1슬릿 홀들을 통과한 상기 감마선을 검출하여 제1섬광 검출부 및 상기 제2슬릿 홀들을 통과한 상기 감마선을 검출하는 제2섬광 검출부를 포함하되, 상기 제1슬릿 홀들과 상기 제2슬릿 홀들은 서로 엇갈려 배열될 수 있다.
