PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid administration instrument which allows the completion of liquid administration to be easily recognized.SOLUTION: A liquid administration instrument 10 comprises: a syringe 60 which can hold a liquid a needle tube 66 which can communicate with the inside of the syringe 60 an internal structure 40 which carries the syringe 60 a cover member 30 which causes the needle tube 66 to be distally projected from an opening 38 by moving proximally relative to the internal structure 40 and a grip section 20 which causes the liquid in the syringe 60 to be discharged through the needle tube 66 by moving distally relative to the internal structure 40. The grip section 20 has a first window part 71 formed through which the internal structure can be observed. The needle tube 66 is projected through the opening 38 while the cover member 30 is moved proximally relative to the internal structure 40 and liquid in the syringe 60 is discharged through the needle tube 66 by moving the grip section 20 distally relative to the internal structure 40.
