PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granular composition where the elution characteristics of a biologically active substance is controlled and is hard to vary even if being spread using a power spreader.SOLUTION: A coated layer made on the surface of a granular material containing the biologically active substance is a polymer of a polyisocyanate ingredient and a polyol ingredient containing a polyester polyol and has a urethane resin layer containing a urethane resin having a partial structure of oxycarbonyl [-O-C(=O)-] in the molecule and a protective layer which is made on the outside of the urethane resin layer and which contains a 10-24C hydroxy fatty acid.
