The solution of the said subject is a chemical medical agent containing PTH as an active ingredient characterized by the bi-weekly administration of PTH of 100-200 units per time in the said method.본 발명의 과제는, 안전성이 우수하고, 또한, 효과·효능이 높은 PTH에 의한 골다공증 치료법의 제공, 안전성이 우수한 PTH에 의한 골절 억제/예방 방법의 제공 및 그것을 위한 약제의 제공이다.상기 과제의 해결 수단은, 상기 방법에 있어서 1회당 100∼200 단위의 PTH가 격주 투여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PTH를 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 약제이다.
