PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held work machine capable of reducing wobble of a rear handle to a machine body.SOLUTION: A hand-held work machine 100 comprises: a rear handle 7 which is rotatably coupled to a rear handle attachment frame 6 of a machine body 3, and which is gripped by an operator； and a lock lever 25 provided in the rear handle 7, engages to the rear handle attachment frame 6 of the machine body 3 for stopping rotation of the rear handle 7.
