PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector and a method for preventing and protecting drooping of an outside longitudinal arch among three arches in the sole causing disorders or bow-legs, only by sticking a Y-shaped elastic strip cloth.SOLUTION: An outside longitudinal arch protector uses a Y-shaped elastic adhesive strip material cloth as its material. A tear of a Y-shape is stuck to a fifth metatarsal lower portion 12, and a Y-shaped elastic adhesive strip material cloth fifth-metatarsal head-side mounting portion 3 is stuck to a leg-portion fifth finger 15 by employing elasticity. A Y-shaped elastic adhesive strip material cloth external malleolus inside mounting portion 4 and a Y-shaped elastic adhesive strip material cloth external malleolus outside mounting portion 5 are stuck to both sides of an external malleolus 9 so as to be pulled up to an external malleolus inside 10 and an external malleolus outside 11, respectively, to lift up a fifth metatarsal root basis itself. A level of the pulling allows the height desired to lift up to be adjusted, and only sticking the protector allows an outside longitudinal arch to be continuously lifted up.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、足裏の3本のアーチのなかの外側縦アーチが落ちることによる疾患やO脚を、Y字型伸縮性帯状布を張るだけで外側縦アーチの下垂の予防保護する保護具及び手法を提供する。【解決手段】 素材として伸縮性を有するY字型に形成された粘着性帯状の素材布を用い、Y字の裂け目を12に張り、3を15へ伸縮を利用し張る、9の両脇にそれぞれ4を10へ5を11へ引き上げながら張り第五中足骨付け根バジス自体を持ち上げる。伸縮の引きの強弱で持ち上げたい高さの調節を可能にし、張るだけで継続的に外側縦アーチの持ち上げを図る。【選択図】図1
