The riding-type mower includes a cockpit (20) having an operator's seat (21) and formed on a body frame (1) supported against the ground surface by front wheels (2a) and rear wheels (2b), a pair of left and right pillars (3) fixed to the body frame (1) and extending above the operator's seat (21), the pillars (3) being separated from each other in body lateral direction, a linkage mechanism (4) having a pair of left and right upper links (4A) and lower links (4B), the links being detachably and separately mounted to the corresponding pillars (3), and a grass container (5) held by the linkage mechanism (4).
