PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical filter including an air-permeable film fixed to an air exhaust hole by a heat seal, the medical filter significantly reducing liquid leakage caused by a heat seal part.SOLUTION: A medical filter 1 includes: a housing including a liquid inflow port 25, a liquid outflow port 26, and a liquid flow passage 8； a filtration film 4 housed in the housing in such a manner as to traverse the liquid flow passage 8； an air exhaust hole 34 provided at a liquid inflow port 25 side of the housing； and an air-permeable film 5 for sealing the air exhaust hole.
