Submucous secretion of nasal cavities is performed. That is followed by conducting an osteotomy of the concha by using the Blakeslee direct forceps. Further, the shells are resected under the base along the entire length with the help of straight scissors in an anteroposterior direction. Formed wound surface is coagulated by electric coagulator to minimize bleeding and postoperative edema.
