PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemcial holder causing the color of a colored chemical to have the same density from top to bottom when the chemical is housed in such a way as to be seen from outside as volatile components are emitted, thereby improving its appearance.SOLUTION: A cartridge 10 includes a container 11 having a vertically continuous open portion, and a volatile chemical-permeable film 14 provided in such a way as to cover the open portion of the container 11 to pass the chemical volatilized and not to pass the chemical not volatilized.
