[Problem] To provide a hemostatic instrument: that has an expansion part that favorably retains its strength； that, without being operated by a doctor or a nurse, can progressively decrease the compressive force that acts on a hemostasis target site to such a degree as to prevent vascular occlusion； and that is configured such that the expansion part and a belt are connected by fusion. [Solution] A hemostatic instrument 10 that comprises: a belt 20 that is to be wound around a wrist W； a fixing means 30 that fixes the belt when the belt has been wound around the wrist； and an expansion part 40 that is connected to the belt 20 and that expands as a result of a gas being injected thereinto. The expansion part has: a first region A1 that comprises a thermoplastic material； and a second region A2 that comprises a thermosetting elastomer that has a higher gas permeability than the thermoplastic material. The belt has a connection region 22b that comprises a thermoplastic material and that has the expansion part connected thereto.
