The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing the viviparous germination of wheat using electric conductivity. The distinguishing method measures electric conductivity values of wheat seeds and can distinguish initial stages of viviparous germination, which is difficult to be distinguished by naked eyes in a progress process of the viviparous germination of wheat, and can distinguish the inclusion of viviparous germination seeds of wheat seeds, thereby being used for the quality management of wheat harvested in an area in which viviparous germination can occur, and contributing to development in domestic wheat industries.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 전기전도도 측정을 이용한 밀 수발아 판별방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 판별방법은 밀 종자의 전기 전도도(electric conductivity) 값을 측정하여 밀의 수발아 진행과정에서 육안으로 판단하기 어려운 수발아 초기 단계를 판별할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 밀 종자의 수발아 종자 포함 여부를 판별할 수 있으므로, 수발아가 우려되는 지역에서 수확된 밀의 품질관리에 유용하게 활용될 수 있으며, 국내 밀 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
