The sterilizing and drying apparatus using plasma of the present invention comprises: a case having a space for drying therein a holder installed inside the drying space so as to hold an object a hot air supplying unit generating and supplying hot air by receiving air from outside and heating the air a plasma generating unit making the hot air supplied from the hot air supplying unit in a plasma state and supplying the hot air reformed into a plasma state to the drying space and a plasma filter unit arranged in air outlets on the rear or other sides of the case.
