PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system in which, when rewriting firmware of nurse call equipment, the firmware can be rewritten without forcibly stopping the equipment, by providing in a controller a function for determining an operational situation of equipment of a rewrite destination.SOLUTION: A controller 4 includes a rewrite information storage part 42 for storing firmware of at least any one of equipment within the system and storing a state monitor table that manages a progress of firmware rewrite processing.
