The invention relates to a device (1) for preserving a biological sample collected on a surface of a capture element (2) arranged on a portion (20 ') detachable from a biological sampling device, comprising: - a body (10), - two members (11, 12) for holding said portion (20 ') integral with said body (10), a first member (11) being provided with an orifice (110) for the passage of the capture member (2), said holding members (11, 12) being arranged to hold said portion (20 ') therebetween, avoiding contact between the surface of the capture member (2) and the body ( 10). The invention also relates to a biological sampling kit comprising such a device, as well as a method of preserving a biological sample implementing said device.L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de conservation d'un échantillon biologique recueilli sur une surface d'un élément de capture (2) agencé sur une portion (20') détachable d'un dispositif de prélèvement biologique, comprenant : - un corps (10), - deux membres (11, 12) de maintien de ladite portion (20') solidaires dudit corps (10), un premier membre (11) étant pourvu d'un orifice (110) pour le passage de l'élément de capture (2), lesdits membres de maintien (11, 12) étant agencés de sorte à maintenir entre eux ladite portion (20') en évitant tout contact entre la surface de l'élément de capture (2) et le corps (10). L'invention concerne également un kit de prélèvement biologique comprenant un tel dispositif, ainsi qu'un procédé de conservation d'un échantillon biologique mettant en &oelig；uvre ledit dispositif.
