PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a method of allowing plum extract to contain triterpenoid derived from plum at high concentration, and provide a plum extract composition containing triterpenoid derived from plum at high concentration.SOLUTION: The fact that triterpenoid is contained in dried product of plum pulp, which is obtained in producing plum fruit juice being a raw material of plum extract, at high concentration is newly found. A method of producing a plum extract composition includes: a process of boiling down the plum fruit juice to produce plum extract paste containing mumefural and a process of producing dry powder from the plum pulp produced in squeezing juice to create plum pulp powder, and a plum extract composition containing triterpenoid at high concentration is completed by mixing the plum extract paste and the plum pulp powder. According to the present invention, it is made possible to provide a plum extract composition containing triterpenoid derived from plum, which is a natural-origin component that has no fear of side effect and is safe to a human body, at higher concentration than conventional plum products.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】、梅エキスに梅由来のトリテルペノイドを高濃度含させる方法を見出し、梅由来のトリテルペノイドを高含有する梅エキス組成物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】梅エキスの原料となる梅果汁を製造する際に得られる梅果肉の乾燥物に、トリテルペノイドが高濃度含まれていることを新たに知見し、梅果汁を煮詰めてムメフラールを含んだ梅エキスペーストをつくる工程と、搾汁時に産出する梅果肉を乾燥粉末化して梅果肉粉末をつくる工程とを備え、これら梅エキスペーストと梅果肉粉末を混合することで、トリテルペノイドを高濃度含有する梅エキス組成物を完成させた。本発明によれば、副作用の心配がなく、人体に安全な天然由来成分で、梅由来のトリテルペノイドをこれまでの梅製品より高濃度に含むことを特徴とする梅エキス組成物を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
