The present invention relates to an ophthalmic surgical apparatus, a control method thereof, and a surgical method using the same. Provided are a control method of an ophthalmic surgical apparatus and a surgical method of the anterior portion of the eye using the same, and the control method of the ophthalmic surgical apparatus comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining a three-dimensional image of an object by an image detection unit to obtain a first image； (b) determining the coordinate of a test area in the object using the first image, and aiming at the test area to preliminarily apply a test laser； (c) obtaining a second image from the image detection unit, and confirming whether the test laser has been normally applied to a first position； and (d) applying a therapeutic laser to the object, if it is confirmed that the test laser has been normally applied in the step (c).본 발명은 안과용 수술장치, 이의 제어방법 및 이를 이용한 수술방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 이미지 검출부를 통해 대상물의 3차원 이미지를 획득하는 제1 이미지 획득 단계, (b) 상기 제1 이미지를 이용하여 상기 대상물의 테스트 영역의 좌표를 결정하고, 상기 테스트 영역을 조준하여 테스트 레이저를 예비적으로 조사하는 단계, (c) 상기 이미지 검출부로부터 제2 이미지를 획득하여, 상기 테스트 레이저가 상기 제1 위치에 정상적으로 조사되었는지 여부를 확인하는 단계 그리고, (d) 상기 (c) 단계에서 상기 테스트 레이저가 정상적으로 조사된 것으로 확인되면, 상기 대상물로 치료용 레이저를 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 안과용 수술장치의 제어방법 및 이를 이용한 전안부 수술방법을 제공한다.
