The present invention relates to a nose filter for absorbing runny nose. The nose filter is used for a sinus cold and includes: at least one fiber layer and a grip part which is joined with the fiber layer and can be gripped by a user. The fiber layer is in the shape of a compressed cylinder and can be expanded to be in a size of uncompressed one when the fiber layer absorbs water.
