PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device for repairing a tendon, a ligament or the like.SOLUTION: A device makes opposed ends of parts of a tendon, a ligament, a bone or the like reattached in the preparation and medical treatment of the parts by using a surgical repair device that is reliably attached to the parts and that can be subsequently and safely guided through a meandering biological structure for re-attachment and repair. The repair device also comprises structural means for fixing the opposed ends of the parts during the medical treatment so that the opposed ends cannot be separated from each other. A device for assisting positioning of the surgical repair device can be manufactured.
