PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave motion regulator that is easily assembled and can prevent performance from being deteriorated by breakage of the inner structure, reverse of a magnet or inclination of a magnet in a container due to impact during use.SOLUTION: A container 3 includes at least one wave motion regulating unit 11 that has: at least one crystal 2 and a pair of magnets 1 to be arranged so as to interpose the crystal. An inner surface of the container at least includes: a side part that is integrally formed into a cylindrical shape and two lid parts that close apertures on both ends of the side part.
