The present invention relates to a hinge-crutch using an asymmetrical footrest. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hinge-crutch using an asymmetrical footrest, which enables a user to conveniently walk as the asymmetrical footrest is rotated at a predetermined angle about a hinge part, the footrest naturally makes contact with a support surface, and the hinge-crutch can easily stand. The hinge-crust using the asymmetrical footrest according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a body part, the asymmetrical footrest, and rotation guides. The body part supports a body of a user and has a hinge part formed at a lower portion thereof. The asymmetrical footrest is mounted at a lower end of the body part, and coupled with the hinge part to be rotatable at a predetermined angle, and has a center that is one-sided. The rotational guides protrude from both of front and rear sides of the hinge part to limit front-rear directional rotation of the footrest. In addition, elastic members having a predetermined thickness are formed at parts of the rotation guides making contact with the footrest. The hinge crutch may further include wooden shoes having the shape of a foot cover and detachably coupled to the footrest to cover a lower portion of the footrest so that impact caused by the contact with the support surface can be absorbed.본 발명은 비대칭 발판을 이용한 힌지 목발에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 힌지(hinge)부를 기준으로 비대칭 발판이 소정 각도 회전하고 발판이 자연스럽게 지지면에 닿도록 하여 보행하기 편리하며 목발을 세워 두기(standing)가 용이한 비대칭 발판을 이용한 힌지 목발에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 비대칭 발판을 이용한 힌지 목발은 사용자의 신체를 지지하고 하부에 힌지(hinge)부가 형성된 본체와； 본체의 하단에 설치되고 힌지부와 연결되어 소정 각도 회전이 가능하며 중심이 일측으로 치우치는 비대칭인 발판과； 힌지부 전후 양측으로 돌출되어 상기 발판의 전후 회전을 한정하는 회전가이드；를 포함하여 제공한다.또한, 회전가이드에는 발판과 대응되어 접촉되는 곳에 소정 두께의 탄성부재가 형성되어 있는 것을 제공할 수 있다.또한, 발판에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고 발판 하부를 커버하며, 지지면과 접촉으로 인한 충격을 흡수할 수 있는 덧신 형상의 목발슈즈를 더 포함하여 제공할 수 있다.
