An ophthalmic product which comprises: an ophthalmic composition that contains (A) a water-soluble polymer compound, (B) one or more surfactants selected from among polyoxyethylene hardened castor oils, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters, polyoxyethylene castor oils and polyethylene glycol monostearates, (C) one or more components selected from among vitamin A, vitamin E, dibutyl hydroxy toluene and algefacients, and (D) one or more substances selected from the group consisting of (D-1) trometamol and propylene glycol and (D-2) ethylenediamine acetic acid derivatives and the like a container which is filled with this ophthalmic composition and a package body which packages this container.
