The product of the notification is 4-hydroxyphenyl-2-oxoethylcarboxyl derivatives with a general formula: R1-A-R2, in which core A is a compound with a structural formula as depicted, and R1 is phenyl with two C1-C4 alkyl, 1,3-benzodioxolil or bicycle[3.3.1]nonanyl, and R2 is H, hydroxyl, an amino group possibly carbon-C1-C4-alkyl-based or an amide group possibly C1-C4-alkyl-based. Their pharmacologically permissible salts, salts, salts, polymorphs, co-formulants, crystals, sprouts, tautomers, racemats, enantiometers or diastereomers, or mixtures thereof, shall also be notified；as nucleoside inhibitors of viruses with a segmented RNA strand of negative polarity for use as a drug, in particular an antiviral agent. The notification also covers the use of the above-mentioned derivatives in the manufacture of a medicinal product for the treatment, alleviation or prevention of viral infections caused by viruses, etc. Orthomyxoviridae, including influenza and its complications, as well as for use in combination with a neuraminidase inhibitor, amantadine, neuraminidase, amantadine or rymantadine, or any other combination thereof.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są pochodne 4-hydroksyfenylo-2-oksoetylokarboksylowe o ogólnym wzorze: R1-A-R2, w którym rdzeń A stanowi związek o wzorze strukturalnym jak na rysunku, zaś R1 oznacza fenyl podstawiony dwoma C1-C4 alkilami, 1,3-benzodioksolil lub bicyklo[3.3.1]nonanyl, a R2 oznacza H, hydroksyl, grupę aminową ewentualnie podstawioną karbonylo-C1-C4-alkilem lub grupę amidową ewentualnie podstawioną C1-C4-alkilem. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są również ich farmaceutycznie dopuszczalne sole, solwaty, polimorfy, współleki, kokryształy, proleki, tautomery, racematy, enancjomery lub diastereomery albo ich mieszaniny； jako inhibitory nukleazy wirusów posiadających genom w postaci segmentowanej nici RNA o ujemnej polarności, do stosowania jako lek, w szczególności lek przeciwwirusowy.
