The track ball partially protrudes from the main body unit and is provided rotatably. The moving member has an inclined surface on which the track ball can ride, and is movable in a direction of approaching the track ball or in a direction of receding from the track ball. The opening forming member is configured to form at least an opening having a diameter smaller than that of the track ball.
