PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biophotonic measurement device that has high safety (eye safety) to eyes of a person to be measured even when the intensity of measuring light is increased.SOLUTION: A scattered light measurement means 4 includes a receiver 9 that receives scattered light Ls guided by a scattered light-receiving means 8 and converts it into an electrical signal, and a measuring unit 10 that extracts and measures only the electrical signal by the scattered light Ls from the electrical signals converted by the receiver 9.
