The present invention relates to an endoscope system with a touch screen and a control method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the endoscope system with a touch screen includes an endoscope, a touch screen, and a processor. The endoscope is tilted by a predetermined angle through the operation of a user while being inserted into a patient&primes body, and takes a picture of an interior of the body by using an imaging element installed at an end of the endoscope when the endoscope is tilted. The touch screen is connected to the endoscope, receives a touch input to adjust the angle of the endoscope, and displays, on the screen, the picture taken by the endoscope at an angle adjusted by the touch input.
