FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: set of interferograms is recorded. Scanning with a probing beam is carried out sequentially in the main and perpendicular to the main directions. The interferograms are recalculated in a set of two-dimensional images. Correlation angiographic images are calculated. Binarization procedures are carried out with the image element assigned to the value "1", if the value of this element exceeds the value set as the noise level, and the value "0", if this condition is not met. The result obtained from multiplying a binary array of the data and a correlation angiographic image in the form of a colour or brightness amplitude, is visualized. Scanning along the main direction is carried out with step dx, which is related to the diameter of the probing beam D as dx<0.25 D. Calculation of the correlation angiographic image is carried out in the following way: the two-dimensional structural image of the OCT is subjected to spectral transformation along the coordinate x, the resulting distribution is multiplied by the window function having the value "0" in the low-frequency region and the value "1" in the frequency range corresponding to the speeds to be visualized. The resulting two-dimensional spectral distribution undergoes the inverse Fourier transformation.EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy and objectivity of visualization of areas containing micromotions, due to the correlation analysis of the two-dimensional image element in the spectral region, followed by restoration and colour coding of the image information.6 dwgИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к медицинской диагностике, и может быть использовано для получения и обработки изображений оптической интерферометрии.
