PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel bispecific antibody having sufficient target binding performance.SOLUTION: A bispecific antibody has first specificity to EphA10, and second specificity to a surface antigen expressed in a cell having cellular cytotoxicity. The cell having cellular cytotoxicity is a cytotoxic T cell. The antigen expressed in the cytotoxic T cell is CD3.
