The present invention relates to an apparatus for sterilization and deodorization capable of preventing surrounding areas of a fermentation processing unit from being contaminated by bad odor by sterilizing and deodorizing bad odor generated from a bad odor generating unit and emitting clean air to atmosphere. The apparatus for sterilization and deodorization comprises a deodorization processing unit which is installed to be stood on a ground, and in which a vent pipe is installed in the upper part； an air intake pipe installed in the lower part of the deodorization processing unit to be connected to the bad odor generating unit； an air intake fan which is installed in a leading in side of the air intake pipe and takes the air including the bad odor and moisture generated from the bad odor generating unit into the deodorization processing unit and elevates the same； a sterilizing and deodorizing agent input unit which is arranged in the lower part of the deodorization processing unit and sterilizes and deodorizes the air including the bad odor and moisture which is entered and elevated from the lower part of the deodorization processing unit by spraying the sterilizing and deodorizing agents, which are vaporized from the volatile sterilizing and deodorizing agents, into the lower part of the deodorization processing unit； a discharging pipe which is installed in the lower part of the deodorization processing unit, discharges moisture included in air entered into the deodorization processing unit, and includes a control shut-off valve； water level detecting sensors which sense moisture level installed in the lower part of the deodorization processing unit； and a control unit which controls the air intake fan and sterilizing and deodorizing agent input unit and controls the control shut-off valve by being input with signals of the water level detecting sensors.본 발명은 악취 발생부에서 발생되는 악취를 살균 탈취하여 청정한 공기를 대기중으로 방출하여 발효 처리장치의 주변이 악취로 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 살균 탈취장치에 관한 것으로, 지면에
