The valve core (22) comprises a mounting plate (221) fixed to the driving shaft (52), pin shafts (222) provided on the mounting plate (221), and movable rollers (223) provided on the pin shafts (222). The outer edge of the movable roller (223) is matched and linked with the cavity of the valve housing (21).
