The device has an application end (1) including an assembly of two different foams, where the foams are bonded together and stuck partly on a cylindrical handle (2) made of plastic or wood. One of the foams is abrasive, and the other foam is soft. The handle is introduced and stuck in the foam over a length ranging between 1/3 and 3/3 length of foam.
