PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel case for contact lens sterilization, easily and quickly performing a contact lens sterilization process using a hydrogen peroxide solution, and effectively preventing such problems as adhesion of heavy metals to the lens due to metal catalysts, and lens damage.
SOLUTION: A pair of lens compartments 26, 26 for containing a contact lens in a flat state and a catalyst compartment 24 for containing a metal catalyst 14 are formed as recesses opened upward. A communication passage 38 for communicating the recesses with one another to allow a hydrogen peroxide solution to flow between the recesses is formed.
