PURPOSE: An increasing method of the ginsenoside content inside a white ginseng water extract is provided to use a main root, lateral roots, and rootlets of white ginseng with a constant rate. CONSTITUTION: An increasing method of the ginsenoside content inside a white ginseng water extract comprises the following steps: cutting a main root, lateral roots, and rootlets of white ginseng； inserting the main root, the lateral roots, and the rootlets into an extractor containing water； and heating for 5~7hours at 94~96deg C to increase the total ginsenoside content of the white ginseng water extract.본 발명은 백삼의 동체와 지근을 1~2cm, 세근은 5cm 내외로 잘라서 동체, 지근, 세근을 7:2:1의 중량비로 물이 들어 있는 추출기에 넣고 특정 온도에서 일정 시간 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백삼 물 추출액 내의 진세노사이드 함량을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
