PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which allows continuous massaging on a scalp and gives a sufficient massaging effect.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic contains the following ingredients (A) to (C) and water. The ingredients are: (A) 0.3 to 5 mass% of a tertiary amine compound or a salt thereof (B) 1 to 15 mass% of an aliphatic alcohol having 12 to 26 carbon atoms and (C) 0.05 to 2 mass% of a cationic group-containing copolymer, which comprises a nonionic group-containing vinyl monomer expressed by general formula (I) or the like as essential structural units and is obtained by radical polymerization.
