The present invention relates to a dental implant which includes: a fixture implanted in an alveolar bone； an abutment fixed to the upper part of the fixture, and including a core hole formed in the center of the upper surface to a predetermined depth； a crown attached and fixed to the upper part of the abutment, and including a through hole formed in the center in a vertical direction； and a cover screw having a screw part screwed with the core hole while having a head part attached between the upper surface of the abutment and the lower surface of the crown to seal the core hole, and providing separating force to the crown by making the head part elevated when the screw part is loosened by a tool going through the through hole. According to the present invention, the dental implant is capable of making a medical procedure and management thereof more convenient by simplifying the separation of the crown and preventing the bonding force from being weakened.본 발명은 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것으로서, 치조골에 식립되는 픽스쳐와, 상기 픽스쳐 상부에 고정되며, 상단면 중앙에는 코어홀이 하방 일정깊이로 형성된 어버트먼트와, 상기 어버트먼트의 상부 외측에 접착 고정되며, 중앙에는 상하를 관통하는 통행구가 형성된 크라운과, 상기 코어홀에 스크류부가 나사 체결됨과 함께 헤드부가 상호 대면하는 어버트먼트의 상단면과 크라운의 하단면 사이에 밀착되어 코어홀을 차폐시키며, 상기 통행구를 통과한 도구에 의해 스크류부의 체결 풀림이 발생하면 헤드부가 상승되면서 크라운에 분리력을 제공하는 커버스크류를 포함한다.이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 크라운의 분리가 용이하면서 결합력의 약화를 방지하여 효율적인 시술 및 관리가 가능한 기술적 효과가 있다.
