The present invention provides a needle assembly and a drug injection device including the same. The needle assembly comprises: a needle； a cannula into which the needle is inserted； a first holder for supporting the needle； a second holder disposed at one side of the first holder so as to face the same, and supporting the cannula； a sleeve having an inner space into which the first holder is inserted, and rotating with respect to the first holder； and an elastic member disposed between the first holder and the sleeve, wherein, when the sleeve rotates, the elastic member expands so as to move the first holder and the second holder to an extension position and, when the sleeve rotates more, the elastic member contracts so as to return only the first holder to the original position thereof.
