[Problem] To reliably secure the peripheral parts of holes to a support sheet while preventing a hot-melt adhesive from causing a sticky feel. [Solution] The present invention addresses the abovementioned problem by comprising: a cover non-woven cloth (20) that has provided therein, at intervals, a plurality of holes (14) that pass from front to back； and a liquid-impermeable sheet (11) that is laminated on the cover non-woven cloth (20). The cover non-woven cloth (20) and the liquid-impermeable sheet (11) are adhered at a prescribed adhesion region by means of a hot-melt adhesive (20H).
