PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus, reasonably restraining deterioration of capacity of a capacitor part for supplying electric energy to an X-ray tube.SOLUTION: When the apparatus is active, the standby voltage Vc of the capacitor part is set to a first voltage V1 which is relatively high, and when the apparatus is inactive, all of the electric energy stored in the capacitor part is not emitted, but some of the electric energy is emitted to set the standby voltage Vc to a second voltage V2, which is relatively low. Thus, the waiting time at a low voltage of the capacitor part can be lengthened without lowering of the utilization of electric energy in the capacitor part and without taking much time to emit the electric energy, and the deterioration of capacity of the capacitor part for supplying electric energy to an X-ray tube can be reasonably restrained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線管に電気エネルギーを供給するキャパシタ部の容量劣化を無理なく抑制することができるX線CT装置を実現させる。【解決手段】装置が稼動状態にある時は、キャパシタ部の待機電圧Vcを相対的に高い第1の電圧V1とし、装置が休止状態にある時は、キャパシタ部に蓄積された電気エネルギーをすべて放出するのではなく、その一部を放出して、待機電圧Vcを相対的に低い第2の電圧V2とする。これにより、キャパシタ部における電気エネルギーの利用効率が低下することも、電気エネルギーの放出に時間が掛かることもなく、キャパシタ部が低い電圧で待機する時間を長くすることができ、X線管に電気エネルギーを供給するキャパシタ部の容量劣化を無理なく抑制することができる。【選択図】図6
