For this purpose, combined mud poultice applications and vaginal irrigation with mineral water are used. Mud poultice is applied to a "panties" zone, covering the lower abdomen, lower back and partly upper thighs, using mud with a moisture content of not more than 70 %, containing hydrogen sulfide 0.3 %, lipids 0.6 %, carotenoids 3 %, humic acids. Procedures are performed every second day. And the mud temperature with each subsequent procedure is increased from 36–37 °C to 42–44 °C. Duration of the procedure is increased from 7–8 minutes to 15 minutes. Course comprises 10 mud poultice applications. Vaginal irrigation is native without dilution with mineral water of total mineralization of 8.2 g/dm3, containing anions of Cl – 2751–2789 mg/dm3 (56–59 eq.%), SO4 – 2344–2695 mg/dm3 (36–42 eq.%), HCO3 – 734 mg/dm3, Na cations, K – 2056–2168 mg/dm3 (66–71 eq.%), Ca – 559–587 mg/dm3 (20–22 eq.%), Mg – 236 mg/dm3, in an amount of 3–6 liters, at a temperature of 37–38 °C, for 10–15 minutes. Course comprises 10 procedures.
