The present invention relates to a dialysate regeneration apparatus and a blood dialyzing apparatus having the same. The temperature-variable dialysate regeneration apparatus of the present invention regulates a temperature of dialysate spilled from a hemodialysis filter by using a compressor, a condenser, an expander, a Joule-Thomson refrigerator having an evaporator, and an adsorbent column. In addition, the dialysate regeneration apparatus is capable of eliminating various urotoxins in the dialysate as well. More specifically, by using two or more mixed refrigerants, the dialysate regeneration apparatus regulates the temperature of the dialysate efficiently and rapidly and miniaturizes a whole refrigerator at the same time by using high latent heat generated during condensation and evaporation. Therefore, provided are a dialysate regeneration apparatus and a hemodialysis apparatus which has the dialysate regeneration apparatus, can be miniaturized, and is movable ultimately.본 발명에 의한 온도가변 투석액 재생 장치는 압축기, 응축기, 팽창기 및 증발기를 갖는 Joule-Thomson 냉동기와 흡착제 칼럼을 이용하여 혈액투석필터로부터 유출된 투석액의 온도를 조절하며, 이를 통해 투석액 내의 각종 요독소를 제거할 수 있다. 특히, 2종 이상의 혼합 냉매를 사용함으로써 응축 및 증발 과정에서의 높은 잠열을 이용하여, 전체 냉동기를 소형화함과 동시에, 투석액 온도를 신속하고 효율적으로 조절할 수 있다. 이를 통해 투석액 재생 장치와 이를 갖는 혈액투석장치를 소형하하고 궁극적으로 이동이 가능한 혈액투석장치를 제공할 수 있다.
