PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call button device capable of calling a nurse by a simple operation by retaining a stable state, with it placed on a bed and without being held in the hand.SOLUTION: A button part 1 to be depressed is formed into a palm size and stored in a button case 2 formed into a disk-like shape and having a substantially flat back face. The button part 1 includes a switch part 3 at the back part thereof, while the button case 2 includes a holding frame 13 that position-changeably locks a support substrate 11 for clamping a coil spring 17 between itself and the button part 1, at the bottom part of a base 2b thereof.
