PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental examination device and dental examination system capable of suppressing an incorrect use of an operation value set to an unintended section.SOLUTION: A dental unit 1 as a dental examination device includes operation display means 210. The dental unit 1 includes user edit means 221 that causes the operation display means 210 to display a user edit screen for receiving setup of a color for each user in association with the user. Further, the dental unit 1 includes operation value setup means 222 that causes the operation display means 210 to display an operation value setup screen for receiving setup of operation values in operation items of the dental unit 1 for each user.
