摘要：: The invention provides methods of identifying schizophrenia patients at risk for relapse. The invention also provides methods of early detection of schizophrenic relapse. The disclosed methods use monitoring of a subset of symptoms and/or one or more biomarkers. The symptom severity can be assessed using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) parameters. The methods of the invention can be used to provide early intervention to decrease or prevent relapse in schizophrenia patients.本發明提供鑑別有復發風險的精神分裂症患者之方法。本發明亦提供早期檢測精神分裂症復發之方法。所揭露之方法使用監控症狀子集及/或一或多種生物標記。可使用正性與負性症狀量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale)(PANSS)參數評估症狀嚴重性。本發明方法可用於提供早期干預，以降低或預防精神分裂症患者復發。
