The present invention relates to a dried kimchi-seasoned sauce and, more specifically, to a dried kimchi-seasoned sauce capable of avoiding constraints of time and space for distribution. The dried kimchi-seasoned sauce is manufactured by vacuum-freezing and drying a proper amount (approximately 3.5 kg) of Chinese cabbage, 150 g of glutinous rice paste, 10 g of sugar, 5 g of salted shrimp, 50 g of pickled yellow corvina, 80 g of minced garlic, 15 g of minced ginger, 150 g of chives, 250 g of leaf mustard, 100 g of water parsley, and 100 g of chili pepper powder.
