The equipment (1) has a bone plate (2) including a proximal main branch (20) implanted along a longitudinal axis of a radial bone (100). Distal secondary branches (21) of the plate extend perpendicular to the main branch. Another bone plate (3) includes a proximal main branch (30) implanted along the axis of the bone, and distal secondary branches (31) implanted at a level of the distal part of the bone on the lateral side of the bone. The secondary branches of the other plate form an angle of 100 to 130 degrees with the main branch of the other plate. The plates are made of a biocompatible metallic material such as stainless steel, titanium or an alloy of titanium.Selon l'invention, ce matériel comprend deux plaques osseuses (2, 3), à savoir : - une première plaque (2) substantiellement en forme de "F", c'est-à-dire comprenant une branche principale rectiligne (20) destinée à être implantée sensiblement selon l'axe longitudinal de l'os (100), et deux branches secondaires (21) destinées à être implantées au niveau du côté médial de l'os (100) ； - une deuxième plaque (3) comprenant également une branche principale (30) destinée à être implantée sensiblement selon l'axe longitudinal de l'os (100) et deux branches secondaires (31) inclinées par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la branche principale (30), en direction du côté distal de cette dernière, c'est-à-dire formant avec cette branche principale (30), du côté proximal, un angle allant de 100° à 130°, ces deux branches secondaires (31) étant destinées à être implantées sur le côté latéral de l'os (100).
